It was an exceptionally beautiful day today with cotton candy clouds over the Dagenham Heathway shopping centre. The day before it was raining and I'm glad I stayed indoors because that rain was torrential. Anyway in another posters pictures you see to the left of Dagenham Heathway shopping centre BetFred which is now Starbucks and to the right you'll see the Post Office which is now I believe inside Tesco Express so they have been a few changes since the last pictures were posted. Only reason I was there was because I had an appointment with Specsavers who were very professional and added to the delight of the sunny weather. In some of the images you will see Dagenham Heathway tube station opposite the shopping centre. Two reasons it didn't get five stars. Number one it's not that well lit so it loses a point for lighting and number two there's the smell of urine as you walk past certain buildings inside the complex. Now it might be the general public or it could be the residents in the housing complex that are not as a decent as other residents. Whatever it is it needs to be sanitised anyone with a nose taking a walk or their children to the shopping centre won't be too pleased.
It is not the best of places to shop, however there are shops to do your shopping. But if you want to do a massive shopping and need varieties, you should consider somewhere else.
The only shops I use is Tescos and Iceland the rest of the Heathway is not for me. It's a dump. And Darren Rodwel and Margaret Hogg NEEDS to RESIGN. We lost our GREAT BRITISH BUTCHERS that I USED for YEARS but it's GONE. ALL but ONE bank is left until they SHUT. We are being DRIVEN OUT of the town. This is not DAGENHAM that I remember.
Quite big and engaging place but don't like the stalls at the entrance blocking the way.
The shoping center is good but the public toilet doesn't work more than 10 years, why????nPeople need to use public toilet, why is closed all the time???nWe are in London, UK super modern city. The city of the finance center ofvthe world , the culture is European continental, why this toilet is closed and the humans can't use it???nWhat is the reason??nWe have to be roll model and to say to the world, you are welcome , what is that culture which blocked the humans needs?
