Really grateful for the great help at this centre with reception and Tracey. I appreciate its luck of the draw for wait times but the service was so efficient and greatly appreciated. Thank you so much. Also easy parking 5 mins away.
The car park is far too tight, even with a mid size car you need to be careful not to scratch your car up in multiple locations. The good thing is they have sorted out the payment system, so you now just need to enter your number plates into the payment machine and tap your payment card/phone. No need to use their rubbish app anymore or try to find a working payment machine.
I wish I could give it 0 stars. This car park has designed a way of payment that is unique to any other car park or in fact anything else I've ever come across. You can't pay up front, in the car park or the app, if you select autopay at point of leaving it doesn't allow you. It is easier to buy holidays than just park your car here!
Convenient carpark for visiting the Woking Community Hospital especially as their carpark is currently out of service. It's a bit dark and gloomy inside but clean enough. The parking system can be a little confusing since you pay when you leave, but don't get given a ticket the car's registration is taken on entry, but I found it easy enough to pay via the JustPark app, which I already had. Rates were pretty reasonable too.
As others have said this is a rather gloomy car park that even on the brightest days is dark inside. Curbs are high and the first ramp up once inside is particularly nasty.nnPayment is by coins or Ringo, so no cards which is madness. Ringo costs more too, £3.20 for 2 hours with cash, £3.60 with Ringo.nnFor the money being charged the facilities should be better.
