Excellent Customer service. Simon Allan was great and made sure I was happy with all aspects of the car. He took me on a decent test drive around the local area with my parents. He also made sure that I was comfortable with driving the car of my choosing as I only started driving last year. I was also treated to flowers in the car when I picked it up which added to such a lovely experience. I would definitely recommend :
I am really impressed and grateful for the service I was given at Suzuki from Simon Allen. I was sold the perfect car for my needs without any pressure to do so. I cannot fault the communication, I was updated through every step of the process and didn't have to wait long for my car at all, it only took a couple of days even though I was told from 2 to 4 weeks. I highly recommend, buying a car can be a complicated and daunting experience and personally, I didn't feel that applied to me. Thank you.
We were very pleased with our purchase. Nothing was too much trouble - we had two good test drives on different days. There was no hard sell and all the staff were very helpful. Once we had made our decision the car was available quickly. There was a detailed handover when we took over the car. All in all it was a pleasant experience and we love the car!
A fresh approach to car sales. Picked up my new Suzuki Swift from Simon Allen and Nathan on Monday 23rd and it could not have been an better experience. Simon was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me, understood how unsure i was of buying a new car and went over all the options with me without feeling rushed. Helped me choose the best option to suit my needs and budget. left feeling I had what I needed from first visit, went back a few days later for test drive of 2 models, no problems with this and was given all the time I needed. Left my second time feeling more confident and made a deal with Simon which worked in both our favours with my current car to trade in and for the car I wanted from them. Collected on Monday from Nathan and Simon and can say that its been a pleasure emailing, whats apping and talking to them since the start, Defo recommend them for their service and for assisting with my trepidation. 5 STARS AND A FRESH THOUGHT ON CAR SALESMEN. Avoid at all costs. Terrible experience buying a second hand car. After being supplied with a car with a major engine fault it took me 7 months of Suzuki failing to repair it before I was able to get a refund. Been left out of pocket with organising public transport, taxing and insuring a car that spent 4 months in their garage and the extensive amount of time involved dealing with them. They did make attempts to fix the car. They did provide a courtesy car, eventually. Although, apparently I was meant to insure it myself. Also a huge lack of correspondence throughout the long process, promises that were never met and generally being "fobbed off". I should point out this appears to be a franchise and Suzuki head office were not able to help resolve my problem and the owner of the business didn't show any interest despite several emails. Also, all of this eclipses the fact that the car was also supplied without the MOT that had been promised when ordering the car. And then when they finally did the MOT they tried to charge me for all the faults they found which needed correcting, despite having promised to carry it all out and have the car perfect before selling it. Avoid at all costs.
Fastest deal , Mr Simon Allen scored by confident on very first day and get me the car exactly towards my budget .Even i jumped out of Suzuki next day and start looking other cars .But Simon took my mind again to go only for Suzuki with right advice . Finally i have gone with Suzuki now even over my budget , But with 100% satisfaction . thanks
Adam Smith and Nathan both very helpful during the buying process. I bought a new Suzuki Ingis but it has had a faulty satnav system which even after several long frustrating trips back to the dealership is not working. I can say that I did find most of the staff to be very polite and helpful. Terri on reception is worth her weight in gold and has listened to my issues whilst trying to help.
After sales is shocking. No one wants to talk to you once the sale is completed. Bought a new Vitara but unfortunately had a fault. Surprisingly the after sales people suggested that they would need 1 day to fix and I should leave the car and take a taxi back to Wokingham as they don't have courtesy car. I had to take a day off and get it fixed. The sales manager sold the car to me with 2 years breakdown, unsurprisingly got renewal after a year, called dealer.....sales manager on annual leave after I left message twice. I like the car but the people at Heathrow Suzuki....highly unreliable and unprofessional
Came in to look and potentially purchase a Suzuki swift not long back and Adam hooper was excellent throughout the whole time I was within the showroom, showing me all the various swifts on offer and so forth. Would totally recommend going to Heathrow Suzuki. Brilliant customer service and anyone going there I would ask to see Adam hooper for any advice :
