Very Unsecured parking. Don’t recommend it as there was a no camera system to monitor the parking area. We parked last week, paid £158 for a secure parking and when we came back from our holiday to find out our car was keyed. We parked perfectly in the parking bay, and when we called Heathrow parking terminal 2 &3 they said they are not responsible for the damage that happen at our car.
Parking lifts are too small and it is terrible during peak hours when both sides of the life doors are crowded with arrivals. My luggages got kicked by a local because they thought they have special privileges. He cut in front and said he had kids when I was waiting for a lift for 10 minutes. Horrible experience after a long flight.
Daylight robbery, how do they get away with it?! Price changed to nearly double the price when you book 1 week closer than previously checked. Why the hell should it even make a difference. They are literally robbing people blindly because they have the monopoly of parking. Absolute joke
I will give 3 stars to this car park as its very tidy and spacious easy to park but i think it need a bit more of signs on the exit and speed limits i saw a few cars speeding no reason for that the 3 stars well is a bit dear not cheap do i will go back yes i do the do keep clean and tidy and i do recommend too
Like all airports it's expensive, even just a simple drop off is charged for, but it is convenient, easily accessible and spacious, spaces are practically always available
