Went to pick up my impounded car, both officers were polite and friendly. Paperwork was sorted out quickly. I gave no negatives.
If you get anything stolen from this airport you may as well report it to Santa Claus, he might have more of a clue who has been naughty. The CCTV is there but apparently it takes too long to look at it so the crime is just not worth investigating due to all the plane hijackings and the other more serious incidents going on there
I spent 20 hours in one of the police cells here, and let me tell you, the staff basically don’t care if you need anything, they’re very slow in responding to anything and their answers about when anything is happening is very minimal. My advice is to not get arrested or break the law someplace else with better cells. This place caused trauma.

I had a mixed feelings stay just short of 24 hours at the PolarInn, the tea is to die for... on the note of drinks no alcohol or happy hour either for a environment full of obvious thugs I was surprised to say the least. I found the check in quite personal as they took my finger prints and also was considering stripping me so I said to them look my mum taught me how to get changed years ago and it wasn’t something that I needed to be shown again, but still very kind. I must say I did not appreciate having my Gucci loafers swapped for a pair of PE slippers but they said I can keep them I assumed as a reminder of my escapade. It was hard to stand out apart from my good looks and charm at least from a fashion perspective we all had the same shoes and watches, guns, knives and chains and so forth and to really set things back money, cigarettes as well. The beds were anything but comfortable and rooms were small however nice and enclosed for that snuggle up random night that it was however low and behold one per person per night. A number of butlers on hand for teas etc. I took forever to leave would you beli3ve it I was interviewed I felt quite special to be honest . I was I was interviewed I even had a person recording my voice and she explained that a number of other people will be listening to it so speak clearly, I might use that as a means to get onto radio or presenting in my career, look lots more to share but I don’t want to ruin for you, oh yeah if you do go here or one of the many subsidiaries across the country be aware you can’t just decide to leave I was screaming and smacking the door and they was just ignoring me can you believe it? I can’t remember how much money it cost but at first they took a lot of my belongings!!?
Not a bad breakfast for less than a £5. Clean Café with a TV 24hr vending machines that take cards but the main café doesn’t open till 0730. They accept cards or cash. Peelers café staff seem pleasant and helpful.
Really helpful and friendly staff I lost passport in Terminal 2 they walked me through the entire process of reporting.
Great place to stay if your looking for cheap accommodation in the Heathrow area.
