Poorly signposted if coming from Pershore. Home clean and tidy, helpful staff. As we were only visitors can't comment on food etc but visited friends were satisfied.
A wonderful care home with friendly, caring staff and great activities
The staff are amazing. You can tell that they genuinely care. The activities are appropriate and my mum loves doing them. In fact being in heathlands has given my mum such confidence that I haven't seen in her before. Cleanliness is through the charts. It doesn't smell like some care homes do. I am really glad that my mum came to heathlands. Dementia robbed my mum of a life whilst living in her own home. Now she is living her best life and is extremely happy.
Very caring staff, not geared up for one to one care for dementia sufferers. Ideal for respite care
