First time visit to see Nicola with severe pain in my neck and shoulder, I’ve been taken strong pain killlers but after 1 visit I am pretty much pain free. Nicola immediately recognised the problem and relieved the extremely tight muscles in my shoulder. Would definitely recommend!

I have been seeing Cathy at Heathfield Osteopaths on and off for about ten years with a lower back problem that periodically flares up. Prior to finding Cathy I had paid a small fortune to a chiropractor, who had convinced me I needed to go regularly with no real end in sight to treatment. My experience with Cathy has been so completely different. She really takes her time to listen, understand and assess what is going on and does this in a holistic way so I feel I have a really individual experience. She gives an honest appraisal of what is needed and I have rarely had to go back more than a couple of times before feeling my back is sorted. She uses different techniques and approaches including cranial osteopathy and is always cutting edge in her knowledge. I am constantly recommending Heathfield Osteopaths to friends and family and thoroughly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a first class treatment that is excellent value for money.
Cathy at Heathfield Osteopaths has been treating my aching shoulders in the past couple of weeks. I've gone from agonising and limited movement to full use in no time at all - thank you! Cathy is very knowledgeable and has provided some great advice.
