Writing on behalf of my husband - A really awful surgery. A long waiting time to get an appointment in the first place, then they are always running late! He put in a referral letter which they lost. Then once we'd had a new one sent to them we didn't hear anything for three months until we chased them ourselves! They had quite clearly forgotten about him. We're looking to move surgeries.
