Lovely welcome as always. Service was good. The general atmosphere was good. My friends and husband all enjoyed their dinner. Ladies and gents had refurbished very nicely. Live locally so didn't see the rooms.

Truly attentive staff, an excellent range of dining options, and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended. Mind, if you're taking the Sunday lunch, it's an idea to book ahead - they (rightfully) are very busy and there might not be a table spare - and this is true even in mid-October!
