I'm absolutely amazed - I have become sceptical of plumbers so can't believe my luck that I've found Joe and his team. A different plumber trusted by others in the area didn't want to quote for the job I was looking to get done relocating boiler to roof because his knees didn't want to crawl around my loft so I asked for his recommendation and that led me to HeatCo. Price was good, turned up on time, great communication - fantastic service all round. Will be using again and again.

I’ve used HeatCo for about 10 years now, having originally been referred by a friend. They installed a boiler for my late mother In London Colney, and couldn’t have done a better job. She was terminally ill and really went out of their way to ensure they looked after her, her home and just made sure everything was properly dealt with. But it’s not just that; they’ve remembered not just her, but the house, the boiler and even me - her son who now owns said house and boiler. Needless to say I now use heatco yearly for my own property as well, and I honestly cannot see a reason why anyone in the St Albans area would even consider looking elsewhere. Their attention to detail, attentive service, competitive prices, friendly workmen, high quality work, it’s just spot on. Thanks HeatCo!

When our elderly boiler broke down, Joe from HeatCo visited within an hour of my call to see what the problem was. When it became clear that we needed a replacement, he provided a detailed estimate very quickly, and the new boiler was fitted two days later. Excellent service, and very clean and tidy during the installation. I would definitely use HeatCo again.

I recommend HeatCo to everyone I see. I have used them for the last seven years and they have always been extremely professional and friendly. Joe has replaced my whole central heating system as well as covering smaller jobs. I have always been very pleased with the work.

I recently had a new boiler fitted by HeatCo and am very happy with the results. I also received excellent customer care from start to finish and would have no hesitation in recommending Joe and his team to anyone!
