This was inevitable that I was going to write this review. Me and my friend were planning to go out on Saturday for her birthday which was today so I booked in advance a spray tan for the both of us to which I was told £20 each called up booked, it was sorted. Even got a text the day before telling me not to forget my appointment at 4pm on Friday 4th May However Friday came around 3:50pm I call to tell them me and my friend are going to be late as we are stuck in traffic then to be told they have no record of the appointment the girl who does the spray tans goes home at 4 sorry they can not do any spray tans and asked who I spoke to on the phone to book the spray tans but I could not answer as no name was given. So I had to call my friend who was sat in traffic behind me in her car that we have no appointment. Just want to say a great big Thankyou to whoever told me I was booked in for the spray tan as you have upset my friend on her birthday rushed around and drove half way to Nuneaton for absolutely nothing!

Never been on a tanning bed before, staff were really lovely and helpful. Everything was really clean. I even had my eyebrows done afterwards, which look beautiful. 😁

They have moved to new premises. And facilities and treatments great I regularly have a back and shoulders wax ( yes I am hairy..but not any more). Staff constantly clean the sunbeds after each use. And have a computer system that records your visits so you don't have to wait for them to look through paper files..They also do some great offers on sunbed sessions. Easily the best in Nuneaton

Staff are rude, they talk about customers as if there not there, poor parking, too rushed, no personal touches at all just a horrible cattle market
