Story

Heart of the Country Village - a collection of converted 19th century farm buildings - now home to individual shops and boutiques as well as two restaurants.

The Village, having started as a single country store in 1985, now gives life to a collection of eclectic and stylish local businesses. Attractive courtyards, both restaurants offering al fresco dining in fine weather and a large free car park. And to the delight of our young visitors, a magical Green Fairy Trail through woodlands alongside the car park.

Not to be missed are two resident Kunekune pigs. A lovely place to spend a few enjoyable hours either browsing, shopping or just enjoying a leisurely friendly atmosphere.

Lovely little place to visit. The Green Fairy trail is gorgeous and my 5 year old loved it. We stopped and had some lunch at the restaurant, the onion soup was very tasty and all social distancing measures put us at ease.

Nice place to visit some interesting specialist shops - but very quiet today. Usually buzzing! All do from car park a nice "angel" walk for the "kiddies" .

Fabulous place to hang out for an hour. Great little cafes. My kids loved the fairy garden and the pigs!

My girls loved the fairy experience. It was very enchanting and magical. It's a lovely little shopping area too

Ok for a walk around and the Scarecrow-fest kept the kids entertained but considering people can only meet outside - I was a bit disappointed that there weren’t more shelters for people to have food or drinks outside - plenty of benches but who wants to sit on a wet bench in the rain?!

Small shopping outlet with woodland walk. Nice cafes, high class jewellery, pet shop and some independent places, a pretty alternative to the high street. Recommend the creperie

Lovely place, with lots of shops and a nice restaurant. Totally would recommend a visit there, no matter what weather. Free parking.

Nice quiet gem in the middle of Lichfield. Lots of cafes and independent shops to enjoy. The fairy trail is an added bonus for the children.
