Every time I go to the GP they make me wait for half hour and today I was 20mins late and that too for the first time in the last 12 years and Dr Shazia Shah rejected to see me as I was late. There were no patients in the waiting area but still she didn’t see me. Why do they keep us waiting for 30mins even though we are on time but can’t see us when we are delayed because of traffic and for the first time. Absolutely ridiculous practice. No wonder they have 2 star rating. Also when I said that how can the doctor not give us some consideration as it’s the first time they started laughing at me.
Just went for my first appointment , The GP was very kind and knowledgeable and performed a thorough examination. She was able to answer all my questions without sounding frustrated. So my experience was excellent.
We had a wonderful session with Andrea Janine Capdevielle Schurmann and my son, who is 2 years and 3 months old. It was truly amazing! Andrea is an outstanding paediatric physiotherapist — so kind, attentive, and full of positive energy.nnShe did everything through play. While observing and gently checking my son’s legs and movements, he didn’t even realise he was being assessed. Everything felt like a fun game — they were jumping like frogs, pretending to be a rooster, and running around the corridor. My son was absolutely delighted and didn’t want to leave!nnI was really impressed by Andrea’s approach. I wholeheartedly recommend her to any parent looking for a great physiotherapist for their little one.
Horrible staff/receptionists. Very rude and disrespectful, actively talking shit about the patients and rude in general. Terrible customer service and don't help at all. Awful experience.
I attended this podiatrist clinic every 10 weeks,and the nurses Tom ,Gaigari from Nadia in Gujarat is excellent and the last week the girl from Goa vilarani was super duper and the whole place is absolutely clean just like a 5 star hotel.from Sir Peter Patel of 52 Morris road TW76JE
