Such a fun birthday idea!! We dressed up and did karaoke here! It was an extra cost to bring food and drinks which I guess sort of makes sense… but overall I felt like the prices were fair and there was an amazing variety of music! You know we jammed to all the high school musical and Hannah Montana soundtracks
Super easy to reserve and had a great set up with tons of songs and an easy-to-use system! My only complaint is that the air wasn’t run so we got really hot and sometimes we wanted to be able to turn on the lights brighter but couldn’t.
Super fun for girls nights / birthdays which we’ve enjoyed! We also had a mother daughter date here with our own room and it was a blast! Staff was great in helping with technical difficulties and not letting it take away from our time. Would love if they were open for earlier reservations, too, since there are no windows in the rooms and it wouldn’t matter if you were there during the day instead of night. Nice selection of songs, dance party atmosphere, tambourines, snacks, and didn’t mind being able to hear other rooms having a good time, too!
We had so much fun. I wish there was a better way to control the speaker and microphone volumes. The system also seemed to be struggling. It would add the same songs to the queue twice and when trying to rearrange the songs, it wouldn't keep the changes we made. The walls and doors are not soundproof and it is in an older building so it looks a little run down. Regardless, we all had a fun evening.
We had a group of 7 of us on a Thursday night for 1.5 hours and we had a really fun time! We enjoyed the ambiance and the songs. It did get stuffy in there so we opened our door but no one complained to us about it. We'll come back!
The ladies who helped us were so helpful and super nice! We got a room and had ten of us in there. The parking was easy. The song list was amazing our only complaint was that our room wasn't sound proof against the other rooms around us. Also wish there were speakers by the couch not just the front with the TV.
We had a fabulous experience! From beginning reservation to the end of the event the staff was excellent. I had never been here and I was nervous to book such a large party online, but they responded quickly to my inquiries and even sent a reminder confirmation the day before. Plus, we ordered food pizza from next door - Amazingly good! Seriously, it was so delicious. and it was hot and hand delivered to our room by the staff. They were polite, helpful and upbeat. I am hooked- heart and Seoul! Wish Ya’ll were still in SLC, but it was worth the drive!
Whenever I would drive down to this location, I would see this place but never been inside to check it out. I don't know why I haven't gone a lot more! I have been going the past couple of weeks and again this Friday! I love it so much! The staff is really nice and helpful!
Came with my friends tonight. When we first got to our room the ipad said we needed a code, so i had to go out and get the staff. Then we tried to play music and it would say it was playing but there was no sound. I went out to tell the girl working and she wasnt out there, so i texted the help number and didnt a response for 17 minutes. After 15 mintues of technical difficulties i finally got the music working by messing with the ipad. We were told we would get 10 minutes added to compensate for the issues. Which wasnt enough time but i didnt want to fight. Later the internet went out in everyones rooms and again we were told we would get time added. We got maybe 10 minutes added to our time total when we were told 20 and should have had closer to 30. Also they dont have a drinking fountain and make you pay for water. We were dying of thirst by the end. The front desk lady was kind and apologized but didnt follow through on her promises. She also seemed to be the only one working who has isnt fair to her Overall not good experience. Really felt like we werent cared for. Overpriced for the experience we recieved.
Had a pretty disappointing experience trying to go here on a date. You can't reserve rooms ahead of time if your group is smaller than 6 people we did check. When we went to see if there was any available, we were informed we'd have to wait a few hours. I asked the girl at the register "just for future reference, could we call on the day of to reserve a room?" and was basically told yes, but you might as well not bother. We're married with kids. We have a limited amount of time to go out and can't just hang around for a couple of hours until a room opens up, so the whole situation was frustrating. Honestly, I'm less upset that we weren't able to get in and more upset that we were basically told via policy and register-girl that they weren't going to make enough money off us for it to be worth having us as customers. I guess they are more focused on college students and girls' nights out? In contrast, we went up to NoraeBang38 in Orem and had a great experience. They were less busy, super helpful, and cheaper. If you enjoy k-pop, saving money, and/or not being snubbed, I'd recommend skipping this one and heading up to Orem.
