I always get my delivery on time and am given good notice. I'm always able to speak to a rep on the phone, albeit with a bit of a waiting time but it's not too long. I haven't used the app, so can't comment but I generally find I have all I need with the phone. They also called me once to update my details when I changed medication as I believe their was an admin issue at the hospital. I see a lot of negative reviews about this company, but I've never had an issue.
Would have given a zero if I could. Atrocious company. Don't turn up when they say they will, can never get hold of anyone, app doesn't work. Left me without my medication for 3 months - I'm supposed to inject every 2 weeks. It's a miracle that I didn't end up being hospitalised. How they got a contract with the NHS is beyond me. I have complained so many times but it doesn't make any difference. I could do a better job on my own. Would I recommend this company to anyone else? Absolutely, most definitely NOT
Not once have I managed to get the correct date for delivery on the app, it simply doesn't work and can't get through to customer service, had to call my consultant a few times to put through a manual prescription. Used Lloyds for years and not one issue.
This company is the most inefficient I have ever dealt with! When Healthcare at Home dealt with my prescription I never had any problems but since they took over I've experienced difficulty every time a delivery is due. I've been on this medication for 15 years so have had many deliveries. No choice but to stick with them but someone needs to sort them out!
Larna was amazing over the phone! It was my first call as I’m about to start receiving medication through them. Very helpful and informative, thank you.
