It was established in December 1997 and since this time has built up a large and loyal customer base. The ethos of the business is to take an holistic approach providing our customers with the best products, treatments, service, information and advice possible, in order that they may enhance their health and well-being. The complimentary clinic has well qualified therapists offering a wide range of alternative treatments including various types of massage, reflexology, osteopathy, hypnotherapy, acupuncture, homeopathy and facials; some of which use Dr Hauschka products and techniques. We also offer the usual range of beauty treatments such as waxing, manicures, pedicures etc. Gift vouchers can be bought for both products and treatments.

As well as the sale of products, the Health Zone web site also offers a number of services such as a health library linked to Health Notes, providing reliable and up to date information, news, updates and advice relating to a wide range of topics and issues. As well as food, we offer vitamin and mineral supplements, herbal and homeopathic remedies, natural and bio-dynamic beauty, body and skin care products and sports nutrition. We also stock books ranging from cancer and diabetes to weight loss and control, spiritual health and even recipes. In addition we have a number of yoga and Pilates equipment, DVD’s and relaxation CD’s.
