My wife of 74 had a bad fall on Friday at 2.15. Telephoned reception who did there very best avoiding making her an appointment told her the best she could do was to inform the doctor who would call back. She was in a lot of pain and very shaken! We went to seek medical attention elsewhere.While we were out the doctor rang at 6.40pm and left a really curt message saying he'd call back..he didnt! Makes you feel vunerable when there is no service available via your GP
I’d give lower if I could. Complete bordering neglect …. A gentleman in my life had an incredibly bad head injury about a month ago. And he still hadn’t received mediation for it. No sense of urgency, and I’ve been told countless times how the Dr has been treating him poorly. Utterly disgusting. So now the gentleman will have to go for more tests and to the hospital, I can’t stress enough how little the people who work here care.
Could have saved my life. Chose not to. I choose quality over quantity. They don't, instead continuing the torture begun by a Salisbury "doctor", 11 months ago. Non consent to torture is no longer covered by the Hippocratic Oath. Still, there's always Dignitas. They even managed to get all my breathing meds wrong. Worst doctors ever.
You can wait two weeks for a doctor to call you and they don’t why can’t they just see people what’s the problem it was good once there

Where do i begin. Is it normal practice these days to receive medical results that involve suspected cancer over the phone? Receptionist do not seem to think they can even sneeze before first asking the GP! Took this surgery 5 weeks to arrange an urgent scan and that was after me having to keep calling to chase up the referral. I've been in free fall ever since with receiving alarming test results over phone consultations rather than the good old fashion face2face. Not at all impressed and extremely disappointed with the whole information management or lack of it in this case
Staff go above and beyond for their patients, even ones that were in the process of getting registered at the time! A staff member attempted to hand deliver my driver's license from Bampton to Carterton and when I wasn't in took the initiative to hand it into a letting agency whose sign was out front.
I've visited the practice as a Temporary staff member periodically over the years and always been made to feel welcome. The atmosphere is good, the staff friendly and supportive and it feels well lead and well organised. The same cannot always be said of all NHS GP surgeries I work for, in a climate of intense and sustained pressure so we should be proud of them.
This is 5 stars based purely on the receptionists. They are so friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. Angie especially as she is the lady I deal with the most. I wish all front of house were like them. So helpful
I called our very helpful local practice at 8.32am to ask if I could speak to a doctor about a problem with my shoulder. Within less than 3 minutes a doctor called me back. After a brief discussion he offered me an appointment at 10am the same morning. At the appointment the same doctor examined the shoulder, came up with the diagnosis and explained the problem with a small model of a shoulder. He reassured me about it and explained what to do to resolve it plus gave me a very useful internet source of information. First class service for which I am very grateful.
