This gym is brilliant, the staff are all fantastic. Kickboxing is offered from the age of 3. The trainers know every member and provide good feedback. My son has been coming for a year and he loves it. I also use the gym that’s well equipped. You can either ask for help or be left to your own devices. A brilliant place for people who are afraid of the big commercial gyms and also the fitness fanatics.

I've been doing kick boxing at Health First for over 7 years now, and I simply cannot fault the place. I'd trained at other centres before and was never quite satisfied with their approach or methods. I originally started at Health First with my Daughter who was 10 at the time. It was great training with her, and all the coaches were just fantastic, with both myself and my Daughter. She enjoyed keeping fit and at the same time it built up her confidence massively, which was very reassuring for me especially with big school approaching! Kully, Michael and Veer are absolutely amazing. Always friendly, patient and professional. They take your training very seriously and only ever encourage you to be the best you can be, whilst at the same time allowing you to improve at your own pace. My partner also recently joined Health First along with his 12 year old Daughter. It's fantastic us all training together and seeing how much we are all progressing. Overall I would definitely recommend joining Health First, you are always made to feel very welcome and almost part of another little family. It's a great fun way to keep amazingly fit and feel more confident too!

Brilliant service from the moment we walked in the door , so welcoming and friendly took the time to get to know myself and my daughter and what our needs and expectations were. My daughter is 8 and broke her arm earlier in the year and lost confidence in herself and abilities kickboxing and the amazing staff have started to build this back up and she is loving it and meeting new friends. I finally found a gym I’m not intimidated by and it was nice to be walked through a plan to work wtowards acheiveing my toning goals always happy to help me. Literally a family orientated gym brilliant !!

An amazing place to be! super friendly staff that are always happy to help, with approachable gym members. This place has all the equipment and resources you could ever want to get in shape.
