Elizabeth Court waiting room is always empty but you can never get an appointment. They send everyone up to Ponty hospital to be waiting 2 days in a que to see a doctor
IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!nWaiting 40 minutes for someone to answer the phone! Just to told “go to a pharmacist “nbecause was”booked up” absolutely ridiculous! No help at all..
Trying to get through to these guys is a nightmare. Call at 8am no joy and as I'm writing this in still waiting 23 minutes just to get through to them.nThey've then changed my medication so it's not on repeat anymore, tell you they'll sort it but never do. Then charging people who call the 0845 number.
Please do not call the number that appears on their website. It cost me £43.90 to be told I couldn't see a doctor for over 10 days. I've addressed this with the surgery and the number still appears as the number to call. Very poor service.
Had to phone yesterday. The nurse phoned back, she listened spoke to the Dr and gave advice. Very professional as was the receptionist. Every time my partner or I have had occasion to get in touch with this practice we have received excellent care.
