Been left with no gas safety service for nearly two years by landlord despite it being a criminal offence and HSE have done nothing about the council who left vulnerable person in a home that is now unfit for human habitation because it is not compliant with gas safety laws. Waste of space using body tax payers money to protect their cronies who put other like tenants at risk. Nearly two years and nothing from HSE. Recently the court said that the landlord, who took the tenant to court blaming them despite offering over 20 times access to do everything the council supply for the tenants use to be inspected tested had been offered access to the gas boiler many time yet declined it - a fact the HSE knew from the documentation sent with complaint after the certificate ran out in 2022. They have done jack about it as pointless overpaid waste of space that seem only interested after death occur not prevent deaths. Get rid of the waste of space and save tax payers money to pay for something beneficial to the public as HSE is like an employment scheme where tax payers pay for nothing to be done and those being paid are happy for nothing to be done. They will have blood on their hands if anything happens to that house due to the gas not being done!

The only word to describe the HSE is.... JOKE!!nFence straddling organisation, that is incapable of living to its commitment.nA concern is raised and they email back stating that they will do nothing, further stating they do not have the resources to advance it further. However! The email they use to contact you is an email, which is a resource that they could use.nEmail these to have a recorded communication trail if you feel it is of any help, but don't expect anything more than a statement that they will do nothing.
The telephone number given for Bootle Head Office is not an 0151 number, so cannot be called for regional problems connected with F10 update submissions.
