I brought my Golf to this garage as there was a light on the dashboard. The car goes very well and I was puzzled when they said that to get it fixed they needed to replace two sensors and I should have paid them about £ 1,350. Obviously I brought my car to another garage, who recalibrated the two sensors at £ 50 overall. The light has disappeared and the car is going very well and. I really do not know what sort of garage this is, everyone would be able to fix cars just by replacing pieces which have some problems with new ones. I am very disappointed because they even didn’t try to understand whether cheaper options were possible. Further, the environment was not friendly at all. Definitely NOT recommended.

Very bad customer service, I won't even call it poor. I asked on Thursday for an estimate to refurbish 4 wheels and a bumper rear corner 25mm paint scrape repair and still have had no response even after a progress enquiry on Friday. It's now late Monday afternoon. How long would it take to do the job? 4 weeks!!! Ian C
