I went there for first time recently - the prices were fair and my colour was good but the atmosphere was lacking in that - all the staff were gossiping loudly all the time to each other and I felt a bit uncomfortable. Although I was satisfied with my hair, I didn't enjoy the experience of being in the salon and probably won't go back again. I usually go to a Colchester hair salon which is a totally different experience in that they make you feel welcome, incredibly friendly which although of course i want a good hair cut/colour - I also need to enjoy the whole salon experience.

Such a fab, friendly hairdressers. Felt like the hairdresser really cared about my hair and what I wanted and it didn't feel rushed at all.

I found it very hard to like this place. I appreciated the way they squeezed me in but my hair cut was really rushed and felt horrible when I came out. Just really heavy and oily. Couldn't wait to wash my hair. Wasn't too impressed with the styling of it either to be honest. Just needed a bit more care. Charged me around £35 as well which was outrageous. Will say there was one hairdresser who seemed to be doing a lovely job on one of the other ladies just a shame I didn't get the same attention to detail. I think I got the manager who is extremely friendly but likes the sound of her own voice (to say the least) and was a bit all over the place leading to a very disappointing cut. Sorry Headfirst!

Thanks for the haircut, really love it and such a great atmosphere as well. Made to feel really welcome and a breath of fresh air compared to other hairdressers. Like how you are really listened to and what you want is done, you are really listened to. Will be back!
