The place is awesome, so much nerdy and alternative décor, comfy chairs and sofas, good music, free great quality filter coffee and most of all very clean!  The Staff are all awesome, super friendly and chatty not just when you're in their chair.  Been going to Rhys for about a year now and even though I'm rubbish at going frequently he always does a solid job. I have medium length, very curly, dry hair which he's given me so much advice on while also being able to cut it in a stylish way that suits me and my personality.  He also offers quieter or silent cuts for days when you're not feeling chatty, let him know by text and he'll just get on with it without pressuring you into conversation. Had a fantastic experience and highly recommend. Just had my undercut re-shaved by Rick and I cannot be happier. Had a few other barbers muck around with the lining in the past and it was so refreshing to feel I was in back the hands of a professional. The shop is amazing, great just to have a look around but most importantly, Rick was so welcoming. Recommended a hair cut here and I'm reassured that everyone is professional and friendly.

Best place for a haircut around! Had cuts from both Rhys and Sam and left happy every single time, both very knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. I don’t know much about hair so my requests are always very vague as I don’t know what to ask, but despite this they always manage to get the look I want. EDIT: I have since had my haircut by Mark and Rick also. All three were brilliant and I couldn't recommend them enough. They're all so welcoming and very easy to talk to.  Just came here for the first time and had my haircut by Tim. Upon entering the shop I was greeted warmly by the staff and was offered a cup of fresh coffee. The haircut Tim gave me was superb. His nearly 3 decades of experience is evident. Ill definitely be coming back

I travelled 200 miles to try this place. Well worth the journey. Tim did an amazing job on my xxl size head and made me look very presentable. I'd recommend this place not only for the haircuts, but for their hospitality, friendliness, and great prices too. You can even have a brew while you wait. Cushty.

I couldn't recommend TIM highly enough as a barber and HEAD for an all-round great experience. Tim has cut my hair every few weeks since before we had mobile phones and he makes me look 'the business' every time. I have recommended him to many of my friends as well as recommending the unique and charming atmosphere and friendly welcome you get at Head.  I often go down there early just to relax on their sofas, have a complimentary freshly brewed coffee and just watch the world go by or listen to the music and banter. I wouldn't go anywhere else....

Went in today on the off chance to see if we could have our son’s hair cut for he first time. Rick and the rest of the team made us instantly feel welcome and fitted us straight in. Had my hair cut by Dylan which I’m really happy with too. This will now be mine and my sons go to place for our hairs cuts. Thanks again for looking after us today.

My youngest son used to be terrified about having his hair cut but with Rick's patience, the numerous distractions and a lollipop he looks forward to his visits. It is a welcoming place to visit, with coffee and a chat always on the go and great value for money. I feel quite jealous of my boys when they visit. Keep up the good work!
