Booked a Groupon deal albeit the day before I wanted to go but checked availability and everything checked out ok so purchased and received confirmation to then get a phone call as I'm stood ouside the salon saying my appointment I'd had confirmed wasn't available. Very poor indeed and the hassle then of getting refunded off Groupon.  Travelled a fair distance and all I got was a sorry which wasn't good enough. If the salon is closed then the availability shouldn't  be allowed to be viewed on Groupon saving wasted times and effort.

Great salon. Very professional and friendly. Had my wedding make up done here it was perfect. Also had my hair and beauty treatments here for years, great service I would highly recommend!
