My 8 year old daughter loved the summer yoga day with Helen and Emma. She found it really enjoyable and was full of enthusiasm to show me all the yoga positions she’d learnt. I would definitely book her in for any future events and my son too when he turns 5! Thank you again for providing a relaxed and fun day for my daughter.
