Had a great experience, they were very accommodating and very professional. Ibrahim kept me updated by phone calls, really felt valued as a customer and I shall give them my business again in the future. My car got a major service MOT and body repair all in one day, that was unbelievable.nIbrahim is awesome and should be given a bonus for being such a great Ambassador for the company. Well done to the management for recruiting a superstar.
Top garage!!nReally pleased with my experience here. They managed to fit me in last minute to prep and spray my rear diffuser and fit it, as well as my new front grille. It looks perfect! Thank you so much.
Disappointed with my visit today.nnMe and my partner went to view a 20 plate polo they had advertised.nnWe had been to a dealership prior to test drive a polo R with no issues at all and they were very polite and friendly and didn’t bother us while viewing.nnUpon arriving the car was clearly ready for sale and the minute we asked to view and if we could test drive, the man who came out to us asked if we “wanted to do business straight away”. We stated we would like to test drive the car first and if we liked it we would progress in due time.nnOnce we had that point across, suddenly the vehicle which was in show for sale and drive same day, had to be put into the workshop before it could be test driven? How is someone suppose to buy a car without knowing how it drives? We had made a pointless journey to sit in a car for 2 minutes and felt like we completely wasted our time.nWe felt judged for our age and the older man who’s served us must have thought we were not serious. It made us feel embarrassed, to be honest, who would want to waste an hour journey to a car dealership if they were not serious in buying a car anyway?nIf your under 26 don’t bother coming here as you will be judged.
To buy a wonderful, attentive, very pleasant...nthen the car has a problem, you try to make an appointment with them to fix the car under warranty, they never have time... then the 3 months of the warranty expire, then they come arrogantly and charge £90 pounds per hour to fix the car that they sold with defects and very expensive.na disgrace...nI do not recommend them
Very good customer service and range of stock bought one car and had to come back to get another. Great range of stock staff was very friendly and supportive helped me through all the procedures in part exchanging a vehicle and receiving the new vehicle who had made it a smooth procedure helping me with all the things I needed to do.
