Christine and the team are absolutely wonderful at what they do, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. For our first experience purchasing a house, Christine has made the experience stress free from a legal side of things. Always extremely quick to respond and helpful, and always helped us to understand anything we were unsure of. Worth every penny! Thank you so much Christine!
Poor customer service which seems to be getting more and more common among companies. I used their enquiry form a while ago to enquire about lease extension Stopsley office but there was no reply so I called them and was advised they only dealt with with these matters at their Bedford office. So I sent another enquiry which was even acknowledged by a lady called Lindsay on 7/9/22 who said she was going to direct my query to the relevant department. Never heard back from them!
With out a doubt one of the best solicitors around. We got our keys within 7 weeks of viewing our home, The whole processes was completely stress free and Christine really gave us a very personal service. I can not thank HCB enough for the amazing service they provided us with purchasing our fist home. Highly Recommend :
I made a request to be contacted via their website, and days later I've still not heard a peep from them. It's possible that their service is excellent, but I'll never get the chance to find out. Sorry, but 1 star for falling over at the first step, and the simplest of tasks. Update following response: fair enough, and thanks for responding. I have increased the score to reflect this.
I cannot thank Christine and her team enough for the great work they did, whilst selling my property and buying another one. Always informing me and keeping me posted at each stage made the stressful process unstressful. Would definitely use again and highly recommend. Thanks again for all your help
