My Grandad died in Drummohr Care Home on 21.05.25. They charged us the whole day despite the fact he died at 6AM, and the staff did not get in touch to tell us of his passing until well after 7AM. I’m so angry that they’re so money hungry they charged for the day he died, he wasn’t using the facilities nor did anyone care for him this day. In fact, nothing was left in his room by 9AM as we had removed all furniture. They stated he would’ve been charged more had we waited to take it away. Completely inconsiderate to his unexpected death.nnThe fees anyway are extortionate. So many times I had visited he was soaked in his own urine, so humiliating for him. If you can afford to pay extra, don’t use HC One services.
Hc one is a joke of a company they think old people can rush they food and bathing in 15 mins I have never seen a home like it as meadow lands staff are horrible too clients old people need care for not shouted at and no support off manger she is a joke no woneder there's police and cid there manger is a joke she don't care about are bar her self I wouldn't put a dog in there joke of a firm
