Appears to be a poorly made product that smudges the heads of the clubs that I put into them. Every time I finish a round I have to buff/polish my clubs due to the tatty appearance after using the headcovers. There are no scratches or chips as these clubs are only 3 months old. I have written to them twice this week with no response. Very disappointed considering I paid £140!!! Having to go back to the original headcovers as a result

I can't recommend Hazzad enough.  Mark provided really quick quotes, visuals and turnaround with delivery to go above and beyond our expectations.  The embroidery was top quality bringing our logo to life, with great products at a fair price.  If you're looking to invest in personalised golf apparel, then Hazzad is the place to go!

Absolutely Fantastic service and products  As president of the golf society i was tasked with ordering kit for the upcoming season. We were looking at getting jumpers, golf bags and beanie hats!  Not only did Hazzad offer a fantastic selection of products but they also offered a very competitive price. From my research they seem to be the only Uk company who offer embroided Nike Golf products, a brand that we love as students!! They were able to deal with our complex order and even give us a free hat with every jumper ordered, what a fantastic deal!!!  They also were able to turn our large order around in two weeks, just in time for our first game! our new members love it so much we are having to put in another order again!  Nothing seems like much trouble for Hazzad, any query or question they were able to deal with no troubles!  Can happily say that they will be our kit supplier for the foreseeable future!

Needed a golf bag embroidered urgently for a retirement gift. Mark and Michelle went out of their way to get the bag in and get the job done quickly. Service was excellent and the bag and embroidery was top quality. I'd give 10 stars if I could, highly recommended. A Big thanks to all.

We went to speak with Mark on someone else's recommendation. I have to say both Debi and myself were super impressed with Mark, his attention to detail, listening to what we'd like and making suggestions to improve on our ideas. The samples we saw were all first rate and Mark will be getting back to us with designs in the New Year. Awesome experience so far  Edit/follow up: As a follow up to this review, Both the putter headcovers we purchased have failed. The magnet from the magnetic closure the headcovers use a combination of Velcro and Magnets for security on my headcover came loose and was 'floating' around in the headcover. The 'fur' used as a liner, which was super plush when new is now holed and loose this is on both covers not just the one with the loose magnet. I returned the first head cover for repair, which Mark carried out and apologised for...however the fur still came loose and is holed on this cover. I've taken off two stars for the durability of the covers against their purchase price. The leather however remains beautiful and the Alignment Stick covers and Scorecard Holder are still in perfect condition.

Excellent service from start to finish, asked for our polo tops to be done ASAP as we had a society day planned and they got them to us with nearly a week to spare, brilliant design of our badge and great standard of work. Would recommend to anybody wanting personalised golf wear.

Hazzad reached out to me via a Twitter enquiry for embroidery and did an incredible job of the custom pieces I ordered. Their patience and guidance was super helpful - I'd recommend them for sure. The quality is superb.

Hazzad are an exceptional service provider. We are always working to tight deadlines and Hazzad have always exceeded our requirements. They have the attention to detail that's needed & identify the important small  issues we havent even thought about.

Honestly, I have used HAZZAD for two jobs now and both have been a complete mess.  I have provided artwork and instructions for printed Tee's when I went to collect them at the agreed time they were not done. They were done and posted later - but incorrect!!!!  I have also used for shirt embroidery and again NOT on time. Really had it with this company now and will be looking for somewhere reliable for my printed and embroidered goods in future.

Quick turnaround, very high quality product at a great price. We bought for an event over a year ago and we are all still wearing them as some of our most comfortable clothes even now.
