A nice park with a lovely playground. A river runs along the bottom and theres a great big playing field as well! I spent most of my lockdown there and Im sure I will again!
The park rangers and council have flattened the bmx track. According to them the two foot tall jumps were dangerous and the area was to dry ??? What a joke they can barley cut the grass on a regular basis or maintain entrances to the park but they will waste money ruining locals hard work.
Big open spaces and a children's play area. They is also a volunteer community forest garden project currently ongoing with the aim of planting fruit and nut trees for all to enjoy. This park is situated along the river rea cycle path
