My Mom brought her mother of the bride from Haywards today and the service was fantastic. Angie was brilliant, no pushy sales pitch and wanted to make sure my Mom looked perfect. I had my 19 month old with me and unlike other shops we've been to this was no issue and Angie made us feel very relaxed. Highly recommend
Wow wow wow. Phoned to make appointment and the owner phoned back. Appointment made. 10th jan cold and wet but we made it. Rang the bell to be greeted by the lovely angie...and a very warm welcome it was too. The dress i had in mind had just come in and it hung right infront of me....strange. dress was tried on and not only did it look nice it felt it too. Then on to the hat which was matched perfectly. All outfit purchased and one happy customer. Thank you angie for not just an outfit but for the personal touch x highly recommend xxx

Amazing shop and a wonderful owner. On my first visit I didn't make a purchase, I couldn't make up my mind. Returned 2 days later and finally bought an amazing outfit with matching hat. Excellent customer service at the shop. For any special occasion event I'm attending in the future, this shop will be the first place I start searching for an outfit.
Had such a lovely experience this morning looking for a mother of the bride dress for my mother. She was extremely nervous & stressed as she’s not one for clothes shopping; it is also only 4 weeks till the wedding day so she was also worried she wouldn’t get anything in time. When we got there there was so much choice of colour, size & style options with a beautiful array of hats & fascinators too. The lady who helped us was so attentive & understand. She calmed my mom down & helped her get over her anxieties & stress about finding an outfit so well and had great customer service! Thank you so much Haywoods from myself & my mom. You were great!
Absolutely recommend Haywards. I was struggling to find hat / fascinator for my daughters wedding, Angie had me sorted in no time. I even took my shoes which were a nightmare colour matching I'd tried everywhere from high end boutiques to markets - nothing., 5 mins at Haywards and she had me sorted! I wouldn't bother going anywhere else you'll only end up here
I'm writing this using my fiancé's account. I visited Haywards with my mum recently and the service was impeccable. Angela was so attentive and my mum found the perfect dress. I couldn't recommend her more. A truly lovely lady with a real passion for helping her customers find' the'dress from an extensive selection.
Angela , the owner , was so helpful and friendly from making an appointment on the phone to helping us choose an outfit for my 78 year old mum's wedding. She was patient and not pushy but really helped choose what would suit. So many different styles, colours and choices. Lots of time to make our choices. Angela's covid procedures were fantastic too so we felt safe. Recommended.
What a fantastic shop no need to travel anywhere else. I phoned ahead of my visit to advise what i was looking for, we had an appointment booked & were seen on an individual basis due to the covid19. I am a larger lady and was worrying about finding a mother of the groom outfit that was longer in length, classy and suitable for a November wedding.I had a really good choice of outfits to choose from & was able to find a matching hat in the same aubergine colour. Shoes and handbags are also available. I am so pleased with my outfit. Thank you. Yvonne.xx
