The staff here were lovely and fruendly It was clean and tidy also. Sharnie was very helpful polite and friendly. I wasn't in long as with Sharnie help I soon found what I was looking for. Hays is at the top end of Northumberland Street, near hats metro station, it is also near monument and St James metro just a little walk from both. It is also not far from good local bus service. I have already recommended to family and friends. Would I come here again when I'm looking for holidays, yes I would as I quickly found what I was looking for thanx to the helpful staff, happy customer. I have used Northshields before and found them just as helpful thanx hays travel x
Worst customer service. Lack of communication and service and escalated a situation which didn't need to happen leading to me losing almost twice the amount of money I should've done. Also, being told on the phone it's not their issue instead of sympathising and offering alternatives. No help at all, just cheeky.
Great service as usual sue went out of her way to get us the perfect holiday and accommodate everything I needed as usual
We have booked a family holiday for August, all with the help of Sara. From walking into the Newcastle branch and sitting down Sara knew what we wanted and did her upmost best to fulfil our wishes. We came out the shop buzzing she certainly got us in the holiday mood. Looking forward to our Majorca holiday. Thank you Sara.
A very good agency with friendly staff who are very helpful both at home and when overseas if advice or assistance is required including assisted travel when appropriate Conveniently situated in the city centre there is also a sister branch in Trinity Square Gateshead
My partner booked a surprise 6oth birthday present in the Northumberland street shop!in 2020 for 2022 So looking forward to my dream holday! But when we arrived to manchester the cases werent added on had to pay extra £99.00 then when we got to our destination there was no transfer to the hotel ! Which i had to pay £156.00 for i was really up set my surprise 60th I went and asked the assistant in another shop and she replied cases and tranfers are separate! ...
Always shop hays would not go anywhere else Girls and boys all go out to do the best for you as that is were your holiday starts Thanks hays.
We have used this agency once before and booked a holiday with them to Portugal which was alright but when we went the second time looking for a holiday in Greece we had quite a rude consultant, who just didn't seem to care in helping us find the holiday we were looking for and it was very off putting so we decided to go with a different travelling agency. The consultant was a very young girl and either she was having a very bad day or she wasn't experienced enough to work with customers.
Really really good service nothing is problem and must say a massive thank you to Susan at Ridley Place should have gone to Hays years ago 10/10
Terrible worst exchange rate in Newcastle very disappointed! Will not use Hays again sad
