Went today to book a holiday to find it was shut, wasting both our time and petrol The note on the door said 'new opening hours ' Website said it opens at 11am. Surely if you are going to change your hours you should alter the information on your website first.

Went in to hays travel today in halesowen 2 book nxt yrs holiday, they were very helpful... Kevin dealt with my request and got it all booked.... He was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble...thanks kevin
