I was going to book with the holiday provider direct BUT thought I would try Hays Travel chat service to see what they had available and found Craig so easy to chat to and he worked quickly to get us a better price than the holiday provider! Craig was really helpful when I booked a 4 night stay in Cannes. He listened to what I was looking for and went and did some research. We Skyped so that he could show me what hotels he had found & made sure he explained all my options, I didn't feel pressured into booking anything then and there & he was very knowledgeable and professional. He bettered the price of Easy Jet holidays, he checked us in for our flights and emailed our boarding passes ready to print & the best part was I booked it all from the comfort of my own home which meant I didn't waste a Saturday morning queuing in a high street travel agent, for me booking a holiday should be a personal experience and Craig's passion for making sure you have a great holiday is second to none!

Craig helped us arrange our first villa holiday to Spain with flights he was very helpful and paid attention to detail. We went back to Craig for our important honeymoon to Venice and Rome well done we had a great time.
