Story

Haynes Brothers, as we were known then, was established over forty-five years ago to provide specialist auto electrical expertise. Whilst this still remains a very important part of our business the company has grown considerably in recent years. We have expanded into most areas of motor vehicle servicing, mechanical repairs, and Wallingfords largest MOT inspection centre.

Absolutely brilliant service. I had a slow puncture that turned out to be a nail in the tyre. With a busy, stressful day ahead they changed it immediately for me. Lovely staff, kind, friendly and so helpful. Would recommend to everyone.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish.  I called ahead for a price for some headlight bulbs and to have them fitted. My call was answered promptly, I was quoted a very competitive price and advised to pop in this afternoon, which I did. Unfortunately, the replacement was not a simple process and the two members of staff who worked on my car sorry I didn't get their names were friendly and remained upbeat despite working in the 30 degree heat. I was extremely happy with the service I received from Haynes today and would definitely recommend others to give them a try.

My Mum has been using Haynes Car Care for years and years. The staff are always friendly and do a great job. It's a short walk to pop into Wallingford town centre too. Highly recommended.

Thanks for getting me, my family and our 12 year old Saab with roofbox and 4 bikes all the way to Austria & Slovenia and back. Excellent advice, servicing and even telephone support while we were en route! - what more can I say?! It's a very, very long way from Wallingford to Vienna - a bit further than I thought!. I highly recommend that before you commit to going to Haynes that you get a quote, then look around other garages for other options. Very questionable prices here as I found out on just getting my brake pads replaced. .....won't be returning

These guys went above and beyond to help me with urgent brake issues. A really duty of care and a service of quality and dedication you rarely see these days. Mark even gave me a follow up call once I'd had the car back for a day to check all was ok. Very reasonably priced and just an all round good experience. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Been coming here for years and years. Honest and friendly. Really super helpful, can order parts in for the same day. MOTs and servicing. And a brilliant fish tank my kids love!
