We stayed here for three nights for a city trip. It was great because the hotel is so central and easy to reach for the airport by bus or tram. We were even allowed to check in a little earlier and leave our luggage when we left. Unfortunately we didn't have breakfast, but that looked great too. We would love to come back next time.
Lovely new station well kept and well run staff friendly and helpful pa announcement’s very clear and regular always keeping up to-date with train information,toilets on platform 4 also small lounge to rest and charging points to charge ur phones,tablets very nice
I couldn’t find a charging station for my phone.
Depending on where one must be in Edinburgh it is a convenient location for the conference centre and still a walking distance from the centre.
Haymarket is the railway station closest to Murrayfield rugby ground. It has excellent links with busses, the tram and taxis. Other than that it is much as any other mainline railway station. It can get busy on match days.
