So. The bus station toilets were closed for many months. When they opened again, it was a revelation. Much bigger, brighter and cleaner. Now, just a few months later ALL the mens' toilets are out of order. That's... out of order.
half the drivers are unnecessarily rude.. it’s your job to work with the public, at least treat people with kindness… the busses are always late too….. terrible

Arriva buses never leave or arrive on time. driver's are always late not once have i Seen buses leave on time massage says delay 5 mins 10 minutes, then , next bus 25 minutes.not recommend poor service at its best always
USED new toilets today disabled toilet great loads of room to manoevre wheel chair, BUT no toilet roll holder or dispenser toilet roll was just placed on the top of the cistern which was behind me when i needed to use it I did notice that all the able bodied cubicles had wall mounted toilet roll holders why not the disabled toilet I made the same complaint about the old toilets several years ago and it was quickly rectified hope for the same this time visited toilets today 30/4/22 toilet rolls as on photos impossible for severely disabled people to use toilet roll when on the toilet the rolls are behind you. Fit some toilet roll holders so disabled users can dispense toilet roll one handed I am a disabled human being not an octopus. used the toilets again on Sat 7/5/2022 and again toilet roll just placed adjacent to the toilet and not in a fixed holder making it impossible to use by disabled people with limited dexterity see attached photo
Cold and alot of homeless people swearing and fighting inside and outside the station
Centralised services, normally clean and tidy. Good small kiosk for cigarettes and snacks with a hot food bar on the other side of the station.
Not bad but drunks outside the station every day. Security too scared too make them move. Make it unappealing.
Not enough seats only 6 per bay. Logically a lot more people than that would want to board a bus. Toilets are located outside the station transportable style.
