Disgusting service. Refusing to treat me based on previous medical notes and prescriptions. Doctor O'Riley has left me extremely distressed and in severe pain whilst refusing to provide any suitable medication for me. Apparently, I have to just accept this and suffer. Dr O'Riley was made aware of my distress on a second phone call and wasn't even prepared to apologise to me for causing such distress, no attempt to resolve the situation and no attempt to assist with managing my pain. Doctors are supposed to help make you better, this doctor has made my condition much worse with added distress.nI don't normally write reviews, particularly negative reviews, but unfortunately I feel I've been left no choice in this situation. Anyone thinking of moving here from another surgery, be very careful, not the most compassionate of staff and very unprofessional.
Staff, nurses and doctors are very kind, patient and sympathetic inof my clinical needs. The practice is a huge benefit to community.
The amount of information that you have to listen to initially is absurd and people will just switch off and become frustrated. The phone isn’t answered promptly. In fairness the receptionists are normally very pleasant.
Depends on the doctor, some just seem bored and refer you rather than examine you
A new system - now when you ring for an appointment of any kind they get they get a triage nurse to ring you back to see if you are worth a doctors attention.
