A new system - now when you ring for an appointment of any kind they get they get a triage nurse to ring you back to see if you are worth a doctors attention.

Always been seen when I or the children really needed it and always treated well.

After ringing yesterday still waiting next day for triage to ring 8hrs still counting

A Pathetic excuse for a surgery, i have asthma, tried three days straight to get an appointment due to having trouble breathing, to be told to call earlier (called at 9:30am) and if i was having trouble breathing i should go to hay - which is hard for me to get too
