Welcome to our small, friendly, family-run dental practice. Conveniently located near the centre of Carmarthen, close to Blue Street Car Park, the bus station, and a short walk from the train station, the Dental Practice at 24, Blue Street has been established for over 50 years. We offer a full range of treatment options, from routine check ups through to cosmetic treatments and Dental Implants. We have some capacity for Private patients, and offer a popular and affordable pay-monthly scheme. We are currently operating with a full NHS list, and are unable to take on new NHS patients. If you are looking for an NHS dentist, please contact NHS Direct on 0845 46 47 and ask to be put on the NHS waiting list for the local area.

I am an extremely nervous dental patient, or at least I was. I contacted Hayden Dental and explained my position. First I was given an opportunity to go to the surgery to discuss my fears, absolutely fantastic. I was then assigned to Cerys Edwards, what an amazing young lady she is. I have seen a lot of dentists in my time on this planet but none have come anywhere near the professionalism and the sympathy that this young lady shows to her patients and especially to me. Throughout my extensive treatment she has shown compassion and explained every detail of my treatment to me. Not once have I felt any pain or apprehension during my treatment. Similary with Garth the hygenist who treated me. I am absolutely sure that the rest of the staff at this dental surgery are all equally as professional and sympathetic as Cerys is. I would recommend Hayden Dental Surgery to anyone.

Love this dentist, have been going there for years and they have always been fab. The new hygienist is also a really lovely addition to a wonderful team.

Love, Love, Love having my smile back!!  I’m ashamed to say that with a busy lifestyle, I’ve neglected my teeth.  As a result, I ended up loosing a tooth before Covid.  Who would have thought a tooth could have such an impact.  For the last few years, I’ve felt embarrassed every time I smile. But thanks to Sara I have my smile back and I love it.  She done such a good job.  She explained everything really well and made me feel really comfortable about the treatment.  I don’t think I’ve ever felt so confident with a dentist. Saved the day. I was trying to sort out major tooth pain through the nhs helpline. Sending me here there & everywhere with dentists having a potch and a go at the issue which never resolved. Decided in my best interests to go private after many sleepless nights and extreme tooth pain. So went here after seeing glowing reviews and family recommendation. Mr Hayden himself is very thorough and no doubt the rest in the practice are too. Well oiled machine in the practice. Clean and professional. I’m very grateful
