Some Inconsistent, unhelpful receptionist staff that have adopted a rude culture that I’ve witnessed on reception desk and had first hand experience of. 
When considering people are feeling vulnerable when they require GP support you would think the reception both desk and telephone would be more companionate and understanding to individual needs. 
The telephone on hold system is far to long. I’ve been on hold approx 10 min several times.  
Having to chase up medication daily as told to call back to see if it’s been issued. 6 days I had to do this for. 

Most discraceful practice I’ve used.

Disgusting disrespect off the receptionists and mainly the Doctors, poor service. If you could and able to travel a bit further to a half decent practice, please do. This place is terrible.

Well first time using the doctors after a months wait for an appointment. Wasn't given any kind of check up. Just wanted me out the door as fast as I entered it.  Not t someone I could have talked to or confided in. Not a good doctor won't be seeing him again

Routine appointments for 4 weeks time
Look on NHS website for a true review not the fake 5 star ones on here
