Richard was excellent throughout the entire process! He took extra time to explain each step as we are first time buyers and made us feel really comfortable. Richard worked with our solicitor and continued to push the sale through to completion. Highly recommend the service.
Michael was really helpful and very quick at getting things sorted for us when we moved home. He has been brilliant at getting great deals for us that I definitely wouldn't have been able to get it if I had attempted to get my own mortgage and he also went above and beyond at helping resolve some issues we had with our solicitor!
