One of the most stressful experiences of my life. Solicitor left half way through purchase of a house and they didn't tell us, I had to chase them and was often ignored. They lost documents and left everything to the last minute. I feel I must warn everyone off them and am amazed they have any sort of rating from 12 reviews! Today I got a £7 interest fine because they had failed to pay my stamp duty on time. All in all, cannot quite believe how unprofessional they are.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Hawkridge & Co's Head of Conveyancing, Hannah Harper and her staff for the work they carried out for my partner Helen and myself. This case was made complicated by the fact that it took much longer than expected to get a mortgage offer. This meant there was a lot of pressure on Hannah to complete as quickly as possible. I am delighted to say we will be completing our purchase today. Hannah and her team worked through the case very methodically but still managed to achieve the deadline needed. Without her we may have lost the property. I will have no hesitation in recommending Hawkridge & Co. to any of my friends, family or customers in the future.
