I have visited a number of times and on each occasion have had a great experience. Very polite and professional staff that are really attentive to your needs. Great selection of sporting equipment and always someone available to offer advice. Even when my recently purchased Rugby Boots unfortunately broke, it was all sorted without issue, and a new pair of boots provided within minutes, thank you!nFirst class customer service.
Highly professional, friendly and helpful staff who helped get all the items we needed in record time. The shop is organized, tidy and it's easy to see what you're looking for in a very calm environment considering how many schools they provide uniform for. Amazing customer support. Ordered 2 club shirts but accidentally entered my shirt number wrong on one of them, instead of just printing and shipping me the shirts Hawkins phoned up to notify me of the situation and to double check the order was correct.
