We had our Uniform fitting yesterday for my daughter who is starting High School. It was a fabulous experience! We got greeted in a very pleasant, warmnProfessional way. Our salesperson was amazing Charlie. He is the best! Funny and very professional. Quick thinker & pointed us in the right direction along the way. Can really recommend Hawkinsport to others! Well done!
We have been here lots of times and the service everytime is outstanding no matter how busy they are. We dealt with a lady today who was just wonderful and super helpful. We would just like to say thanks for your help its appreciated.
Absolutely brilliant service! Phoebe came over to us as soon as we entered the store and was so helpful throughout. She helped us find everything we needed, and we were in and out within 20 minutes. The service was incredibly prompt and efficient, and the whole experience was so easy and pleasant. Thank you, Phoebe, for making uniform shopping stress-free! Highly recommend!
I cannot recommend Hawkinsport enough.nQuick despatch and hugely helpful when Royal Mail lost my parcel. They kept me up to date and problem was solved as soon as possible. I felt like they cared about my custom which is rare in these automated days...n5 star customer service
The moment I walked through the front doors of Hawkinsport, Glynn immediately greeted me with a warm welcome and offered his assistance. I've been going through some physio on my feet, so I had been given some specifications for new trainers and Glynn was more than helpful with finding the right pair. Also had a lovely chat with him!nnThe store was super organised and nicely laid out, I've already recommended it to some mates.nnThanks again Glynn.
