Really good service for our very nervous and reactive dog.We were offered an evening visit quieterand the vet came into the car park to examine him! Ended up with him wandering round the surgery,  having treats. Thank you for such a good experience.

We’ve been taking our dog to Haven vets for over a year now and can’t rave about them enough! Our rescue dog is incredibly nervous and the whole team both Frinton and Clacton are always so accommodating and reassuring. Evie has got to know our dog well and has been amazing being able to treat him without restraint and with minimal stress – for a dog doesn’t like people or being touched, it’s incredible to see! Leanne has also been so great with him, especially managing to squeeze him in when we’ve left his vaccinations to the last minute! Thanks so much to the whole team :

I took neighbours dog the place was quite and staff friendly car park small but about a dozen cars could fit in it nice and clean and vets listen to what you tell them

They always manage to get me a fairly speedy appointment when my boy is poorly. Portia has a really great approach with him and offers up treatment options to get him back on his best form.

Had fabulous service when our cockerpoo, Dexter, needed treatment recently. The whole team are friendly, helpful and always very professional. Well done everyone!
