Horrific. Booked a taxi in advance to take myself and family back from a wedding in the middle of nowhere. He failed to turn up, refused to answer numerous phone calls, text messages even though he was clearly using his phone as it was engaged. No apology or explanation and left me and family stranded till 2:30am. Avoid at all costs
