Register with another doctors. This surgery has LOST MY RECORDS and removed me from their system. To add insult to injury the rude and unhelpful telephone staff REFUSED ME TREATMENT based on a clerical error! Stating I would have to come into the surgery and register AGAIN - which takes someone a minimum of 3 days to type some details in! So on the whole if you think it is acceptable for a receptionist to refuse a patient treatment because of their clerical error then stay registered here but I for one think that is an unacceptable way to treat people

Not bad place, fairly well organized from my experiences. I do find the nurses don't always listen as well as they could. Dentist is efficient but is too busy!

Very difficult to get through to be seen by a doctor, but most importantly, the gps here only do admin and if you ask them to run any checks on you they refer you to specialists (which throws you out of their door with months long waiting times). Even a blood test MUST go via specialist's request! Helpless, hopeless bunch. No wonder the Uk has one of Europe's worst outcomes in treating serios conditions. It all starts with the gps. There sole purpose seems to be to drag.you through the system all the way through! The only way to be referred quickly and directly is to be visibly dying. In which case it's a little late. Don't bother signing up to this practice.

This place is very annoying because they seem to stop the call when you do get through and when you get through. There is to much on phone while you are waiting to speak to someone. And it takes half a hour till you get to speak to someone. And when they say oh sorry you can't see anyone today. But when you pop in their is waiting areas empty. Not good

The practice is set in a large modern facility with parking at Middlefield. Good reception team are very helpful and the nurse practitioners are excellent. In my experience you are more likely to access a nurse than a doctor, but that's probably more common than otherwise.
