I was given a warm welcome by you and the team, and I immediately felt at ease. I was especially grateful for how accommodating everyone was while I was feeding my baby I was made to feel comfortable, with privacy if I needed it, and never felt awkward or rushed. The offers of coffee, snacks, water, and fizzy drinks were very much appreciated too!nnThere was absolutely no pressure to buy, just lots of laughs, friendly conversation, and a very down to earth approach. You went at a pace that suited me perfectly, explained everything clearly, and were more than happy to go back and forth with management to secure me the best possible deal. The entire process felt smooth, calm, and stress free.nnI was incredibly greatful the way you stayed behind after your shift to keep an eye on my finance application and then called me the same evening on a Sunday! to let me know it had gone through. Following that up with another call on Monday to explain the next steps.nnYou were also extremely understanding of my situation of being without a car for three weeks and made sure I was booked in for the very first available handover appointment. You worked around my school and nursery times, which helped so much. Life is crazy with five children aged six and under.nnOn handover day, your patience and kindness truly stood out. I was struggling with sorting my insurance and was getting very overwhelmed. You stayed with me, helped me to keep calm, and never once made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. When I had issues with my card while taxing the car, you helped me in exactly the same supportive way.nnYou also went above and beyond by helping me put my private registration on retention and offering to help again once the retention documents arrive I’m sure you even mentioned making the plates for me too! I may have got this wrong The keys for my car where given in a beautiful box along with the lovely gift, although as a personal joke I must admit I was a little disappointed not to get the garden centre gloves haha!.nnWhen you took me to the car, you helped me connect my phone, explained all the settings clearly, and reassured me that I could pop back in anytime if I needed help. That reassurance meant a lot.nnOverall, I genuinely couldn’t have wished for a better experience or a nicer person to deal with. I will recommend the dealership to anyone looking to buy a Landrover and 100% come back myself for the next one!nnI would also like to say a massive thank you to everyone involved in the sale and to all the members of staff who acknowledged me and my baby. Great experience with Kieran purchasing my new Range Rover. By far the best, quickest and easiest car buying process I’ve had. Amazing service also from the delivery team, kept me updated throughout the day of delivery. Would definitely use hatfields again and recommend to anyone.
We just bought a car through Hatfields and could not be more delighted with the service we recieved. Geoff Carlisle was our sales person and he was FANTASTIC. No sleezy tactics or oversell on products. Just a kind and friendly atmosphere backed up with great knowledge. We will definitely return to Hatfields for our next car. You should hire more people like Geoff! Also shout-out to Lee who delivered out vehicle - he was fantastic and very polite.

I am very happy with my experience at Hatfields Land Rover. I wasn’t in a position view the car and Martin done everything I could have asked to help with a remote purchase. From our first call to receiving the car I was dealt with professionally. The process was made extremely easy, and I’ll definitely be using Hatfields Land Rover again in the future.
