My Dad has been at Hatfield Nursing Home for around two months now. I can highly recommend this facility. His room is kept clean and tidy with a lovely large en suite wet room. Dad always looks immaculately clean with fresh clean clothes, hair brushed and shaved. He loves the food and there's plenty of it. He also has a TV and hospital bed he can adjust to sit up. The staff are lovely and very kind always with a smile and welcoming to Mum and me when we visit. If I had to go into care one day I would be very happy at a place like this.
Hatfield Nursing home is exactly that a home. My dad has been in there a little while now and he is thriving , he is looked after so very well. Every one is kind there. It is also a lovely place to visit as a relative, you are welcomed in and everyone is very friendly. Our dogs are also allowed to visit , this made my dad's day. This home does everything it can to make people happy and you can't wish for more than that for a loved one.
All of the staff that I have met are 2nd to none & the Care is 2nd to none. + The standard of hygiene is excellent.
This home as a whole from Domestic, Kitchen, Maintenance, Carers, Nurses, Team Leaders, Activities to Management are focusing and doing their best for their Residents and Residents Families and Friends whilst Staff are showing respect to each other and being supportive as much as they can. It is not easy running a big home and lot's of tough decisions are being made but I see that a lot of effort is going in to make it run smoothly as much as possible. So therefore, A great big thank you to the Staff who previously worked here and contributed massively to the home as well as the current Staff, I am learning from you all.nYou have and are all doing great and I am proud of you all!nnKeep up the amazing work! :nReceptionistnSibel Xxx
Initially had some concerns but Dad likes it and is doing well. Staff are kind and are looking after him better than when he was in an NHS hospital. He is back able to walk after NHS rehab said they couldn't do anything for him! So all in all very happy
