Good coffee and lovely pastries! I highly recommend the buns and the cookies! There's always a long cue so I would recommend to go early. The price is a little bit high, but I think the place is quite enjoyable.

It makes me so sad to see negative comments about hatch Glasthule. You cannot rush perfection; that is what the coffee is here: perfection. Yes, you wait for the perfect barista coffee, but it's well worth it and the staff are always friendly. Its so nice to see workers enjoying themselves and providing an excellent service.

Such a pleasant spot! The staff were super friendly and helpful and the wifi saved me while lost on a bike ride ;  Kid-friendliness: There was a group of kids out on a little coffee date and the staff were sooo accommodating, it was adorable.

Super friendly staff, great coffee and delicious pastries. I can only recommend it.

Without doubt the worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time. Queued for over thirty minutes for a coffee on Sunday. The two staff members were in their own work laughing and chatting away, no interest in dealing with customers. The coffee is good, unfortunately not good enough for me to wait 30 minutes.

Very slow service , ordered one Flat White and took over 15mins !?! Cookies / pastries are also very dry and overpriced

Love the Hatch, it has the best coffee I’ve ever tasted, always warm friendly atmosphere with such lovely baristas. Great start to my day every day!  My daughter also loves playing ‘Hatch Coffee’ at home

if I could give them 10 stars I would. THE best coffee, delicious cakes, and a fabulous team. There's always a friendly face and a warm welcome for all their customers, regulars and not so regulars, and handy 'parking' for the dogs outside, where mine waits and enjoys all the attention from customers and staff alike. My all-time favourite spot for a coffee!

Lovely small place with great coffee.

Great coffee and friendly staff. Only downside is the very limited seating.
