Cut off electric to a block of flats with a baby in there because another resident lawfully had their meters changed. The men were trying to intimidated with a fake warrant and repeatedly lied. Nobody got back to me with company indemnity insurance which begs the question if they have any
Called twice now to get an update on work they are meant to be doing. Told 10 days ago and again today that they would call me back . Not had a return call. Looks like I will need to chase them again. They are subcontractors for a job I'm having done so I didn't choose them. If I had a choice it wouldn't be this company.
Due to the situation we found ourselves in we had several items in the house that needed either repairing or replacing as well as the main power supply being checked throughout the house. We were kept informed over the weeks as to what was going on and any replacements were sourced quickly.
